Artwork Design Indemnification
I hereby grant SmileMore Marketing and all of its owners, employees and personnel, the irrevocable right and permission, throughout the world, in connection with the artwork on my materials provided to SmileMore Marketing, whether by virtue of Smilemore Marketing’ creation and my purchase, or by another’s creation and my purchase, the right to use and reuse and publish, in any manner at all, said artwork, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other artwork, on the smilemore.marketing website, and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, marketing, all promotional and advertising uses, including social media, non-commercial or commercial display, broadcast, exhibition of the final production, and other trade purposes, as well as using my name in connection therewith.
I hereby forever release and discharge SmileMore Marketing and all of its owners, employees and personnel, from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said artwork.
I acknowledge that this release document was signed by me willingly and I certify that I am not a minor, and I am free and able of giving such consent. If an undersigned is signing this form on behalf of, or as an agent or employee of company/organization, the undersigned warrants that he/she has full authorization to do so.
You shall indemnify, defend and hold SmileMore Marketing harmless against any claims brought against you to the extent you infringed any trademark, copyright or patent in the United States or misappropriated any trade secret of a third party. Subject to the preceding paragraph, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold SmileMore Marketing harmless against any claims brought against you to the extent those claims are based upon allegations that you (a) infringed intellectual property rights or (b) breached your agreement (if any) with any customer purchasing or licensing your goods or services. “Claims” means losses, actions, liabilities, damages, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.
You also agree that you assume full responsibility for alteration of the wording provided on your referral cards. You shall indemnify, defend and hold SmileMore Marketing harmless against any claims brought against you in connection with any changed language on said referral cards.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Global Health Enterprises LLC dba SmileMore Marketing include https://smilemore.marketing, SmileMore Marketing, https://recurringrevenuerevolution.pro, Recurring Revenue Revolution for Dentists, and https://smilemoredsp.com, SmileMore Dental Savings Plan.
